With more than 18 years of experience in the real estate and business sectors, I handle every matter with professionalism, independence, impartiality, security and legal certainty for my clients.
My career was built inside public notary offices, working as legal advisor and drafting attorney. That experience gave me a precise understanding of how every legal act is studied, drafted and formalized, and of the details that make the difference between a safe transaction and a risky one.
Today, as founding partner and managing director of B Legal & Business, I advise buyers, sellers, developers, families and companies —Mexican and foreign— on real estate transactions, contracts, estates and corporate matters.
As a Closing Concierge I coordinate the closing process from start to finish: document review, permits, notary and delivery, so every transaction closes clearly and smoothly.
Every signature represents an important decision. My job is to make sure you make it with certainty.
