Property purchase and bank trust work is the most common legal need on the Banderas Bay coast. Before you sign, we review the title deed, the lien certificate, property tax and water bills and the seller’s legal standing, so your investment is protected from day one.

What our guidance includes

  • Review of title history, liens and outstanding debts.
  • Drafting or review of the promissory agreement and the final purchase agreement.
  • Permit from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and set-up of the trust with the trustee bank.
  • Coordination of the closing before the notary and delivery of the recorded deed.
